I booked a full service and MOT with Lee while working from home, he arrived at the agreed time and by the time I reached my car, he was already setting up for the service. He listened to my comments on recent DIY services & repairs and took them in stride as he serviced the car and I returned to work. After my MOT, he showed all the parts he'd replaced and gave great advice on the advisories, DIY servicing and even some non-critical repairs I'd been contemplating. Overall he was really friendly, communicative and genuine. I absolutely will book him again and have already recommended him to friends and family.

Excellent service. I booked Kai to carry out a pre-purchase check on a vehicle for ‘peace of mind’. Much cheaper than the AA or RAC!! I received a written and verbal report. I would have no hesitation in using Kai again.

Mechanic and garage have been outstanding, not only contacted just before collection . They have kept me informed all the way through process of works carried out . Advised me on other works that need doing and sent me videos stating why . Excellent workmanship . Click mechanic on another hand . Can’t contact them , quoting for extra work.
