He also clearly has very high standards, because he wasn't happy with the quality of one of the parts he'd been supplied with, so, after pointing out the issue with it to me, he went to get a replacement, but still finished the work on time. I appreciate that attention to detail.

Gave me a rough quote of 500- 700 to do work. I stupidly said well I need it done so I think he started to take advantage of me. When the official quote came through it was nearly 800. Didn't stop there, I accepted the quote where once he picked up told me there was further problems and would tally up to 1200, doesn't stop there. He sweetened the deal by promising to fix another small issue at another date. Never did!

Callum was friendly and punctual. He promptly communicated issues with his MOT inspector being sick and the need to delay the MOT but he kept the car until it was done so it didn’t inconvenience us too much.

My timing chain went and I used click mechanic to help find a garage that would assist me replacing it. They advised me the engine needed to be reconditioned due to the extent of damage caused. They provided me a secure price and honoured it which I am grateful for as he advised me that when they took the head off the engine the damage was way more than expected meaning he did not make much profit off of the repair however he has now made a loyal customer the engine runs better than when I first bought it. My alternator was separate issue as I did have a feeling it was having issues so a rearranged again on click mechanic he picked my car up and repaired in a couple of days nice to deal with and straight to the point. Thank you for your help 🙏🏼
