The mechanic was late to pick up the car, however he was very courteous when he eventually picked up the car, and returned it as soon as the work was done.

They were about 1.5 hour late to pick up my car, but did not call me to communicate this. I tried calling them just to see if they are still coming or not. Having said that, when they eventually turned up, they apologised. When I got my car back after it had a full service and MOT with them, my car was making a noise that I did not hear before, so I reported the problem to them about 3 days after the service. They seemed very helpful and told me that they will get back to me about an appointment within a couple of days. I waited for a week. Called them again. They said they are sorry, but they were very busy, still promised that they will get back to me later on the same day with an appointment. It has been more than a week now. The noise coming from my car became so bad, that I had to take my car to another garage at the end.

Derek was professional and very easy to talk to with great Communication. I would not hesitate in booking this mechanic again. Derek forgot to fit new rear wiper so left this in the car at no extra charge as a goodwill gesture. I Was unsure about booking here but what a hassle free experience with click mechanic. 5 stars

Picked up car and it was a late booking, so good for that, brake disc and pads were changed, again seems great! However as the driver was leaving he said " oh by the way, your rear caliper is ripped, wasn't us, probably seize up in 3 months, bye!". Caliper would have been a 5 minute job while doing the discs, but no contact and now I'll have to pay for it all removing again. And I'm sure my car hadn't seized up in the previous 3 months or when kwik fit were under it 2 months previous to fit new tyres...nothing on the health check. Dodgy, bad customer service because of this and definitely will not use again.

Daniel was late but apologized due to traffic and the weather. He started and even though it was a cold and miserable day he got to work. His work ethics was perfect and carried on even though it was getting dark. Looking at the photos he took whilst working on my car I will definitely get in touch for any future work needed. I have taken my car for a run this evening and everything seems fine. Will definitely recommend Daniel to any other person requirements.

At first he seemed to have done a good job but he forgot to reset the service interval on the on board computer. I now get a message that the next service is due about 700 miles which is total rubbish. It’s as if he has not done the service. This needs to be remedied immediately I would have contacted you on the phone but it always goes to an answering machine which just disconnects me before I can say anything.

My car needed a service and MOT and I booked through Click Mechanic Good price and booked in advance. Shiad collected my car was and returned to my home address. I was kept informed about any work recommended with video evidence. Very happy and will use again in the future
