Happy with the work (I think) but the professionalism could have been better. The mechanic did the job on the side of the road, with few tools. Left dirty oil spots. Not sure if I'd use again. Didn't seem like car was properly warmed up before oil was extracted. Made me worry that the job might not have been as good as if I'd gone to a real garage! Oil and filter were bog standard generics.

James was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did a thorough inspection of my engine bay to locate and diagnose the issue, even though it wasn't immediately apparent where the leak was coming from, and fixed the problem quickly. He talked me through everything and showed me the exact source of the problem, plus he offered advice on what else might need replacing soon and checked other areas that often fail on my car. Cannot recommend him enough!

Reza was fantastic. He arrived promptly, was polite, friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem with my car and advised me on what repair was needed. He answered my questions and treated me as an individual. I am happy to recommend Reza.

Not impressed with Click Mechanic. You quoted a total price of £165.36 for up to 1 hours work. Job took 20 mins and you have charged me £219.29. I doubt I shall use you again. Jack the mechanic was fine.

He was friendly and punctual. While analysing my car, he was distracted by a phone call. He couldn't use the diagnostic tool as something was wrong. After a series of attempts to start the car, he said that he couldn't hear the power going to the engine and advised me to buy a new car cause it was not worth repairing. 1 hour later, my car started with my jump starter very easily. Long story short my car is now at my mechanic for a full service and a new battery and possibly a change of the spark plugs . all suggestions that I had made.....
