Cameron and Seb arrived within the time agreed and very friendly when they turned up. Had booked for front and rear break pads and disc, along with a replacement lambda sensor. Whilst working they tested the sensor and said it might not be at fault. They were honest enough to not fit a replacement to avoid paying more because the issue might not even be with the sensor. Rare to have honest trades and I'm very impressed with the work done. Will definitely be rebooking with them in the future.

Jordan did a decent job, although iam not happy with me being charged for both jump starting the car and replacing the battery, jump starting the car was of no benefit to me as the battery had to be chucked, so maybe a bit of discount or maybe just be charged for the replacement would have been nice rather than charging me for both, i mean i just wasted £45 for nothing since the battery was chucked.

Irfan didn’t show he sent a different mechanic. Text to say he would be there within the hour turned up 2 hours later to the wrong address. Didn’t have a light other than his phones light and was trying to work with one hand as he had to hold the phone light. Didn’t make the service seem professional more cowboy.

I am very happy with the work Hayden did, he knows what he is doing and he is a nice friendly Gentleman. I would use him again for sure. An amazing job done.

Ashley was fantastic, couldn't fault him. It's the billing that baffles me. For the shock absorbers I was quoted £450ish and the hand brake cables all fitted took it to £650. I didn't have the cables fitted and you still charged me for them. The mechanic didn't leave them, so why was I charged for them.

James was brilliant. On time, tidy, and didn't even grumble when it was the wrong clutch that was supplied, giving him over an hour extra to source and collect another.

Yes mechanic is friendly and knowledgeable, however am still waiting for Stefan to get the alternator changed as the new one is faulty.

Nothing wrong with mechanic - but didn’t help problem. Have me rough idea might be something to do with catalytic converter - but told me to take to a Volvo garage who are now going to charge me again for another diagnosic
