The diagnosis I believe is wrong. Your mechanic stated ithe issue is low battery power with the 12 volt battery. I git same 12 v battery yesterday and fitted it this morning. The issue is still the same. I an a returning customer and this time around the service is not good enough. Thanks

Alistair was very polite and gave me a call shortly before service was complete to give me a run through of works, fortunately car is in good shape and no additional work’s required.

Ahmet did the job very well. The two of them carried out work despite of frosty weather. It was very convenient to me as I didn't have to take a day off to take my car to the garage.
