DANIEL qouted I needed antifreeze. He also said I needed new HOUSING for the faulty sensor replacement. Im not so sure it needs it.
He texted me halfway through the arranged time to cancel the appointment until the next day.
This was grossly inconvenient.
He took an hour to get back in touch to say he would come but later. I asked him what time and Im still waiting for his reply.
I dont have much confidence left.

I have cancelled all other work today due to the hazardous road conditions but I still came to sort your vehicle out
The thermostat is part of a housing like I have already explained. And you have to drain the antifreeze to change it and then put new antifreeze in I would not quote for something that does not need doing
I hope you will consider removing this as I have 1 fixed your car and 2 risked driving to you today to sort it out all without any thanks
