Marcel was great he diagnosed the problem, he a health check and told me the cost of repair from £100-150 for the cable and Labour, he then arranged for the car to be picked up with recovery, once it’s repaired I’ll collect it.

Asim not only did a fantastic job, he went above and beyond finding ways to get my vehicle up and running. He suggested anti rust treatment and applied under body seal to extend life and safety of my vehicle. He found out an MOT needed and my car passed the test. He took the time to drive and deliver to me himself. He showed genuine empathy and professional commitment. I am hoping I shall be able to give him more business. And if you are reading this, you can relax knowing your car is in safe hands if you get to book service with him. Thank you clickmechanic and Asim. I shall be in debt to you.

Elliot arrived in the given time slot. He managed to remove my faulty boot lock, before going to his supplier to pick up a replacement lock and returning to complete an all round first class job.
