Mark was brilliant he let me know exactly what was wrong and what to do about it it wasn't something anyone would be able to fix instantly without a ford parts dept at hand but I got the feeling if he could have he would have instead he left me optimistic about my car

My mechanic turned up on time and was professional and polite. He spent some time diagnosing what might me wrong with my car and told me what he thought the issue might be. It wasn't something he could fix. Not being a mechanical but electrical problem. I was told that Click would be in contact so I could arrange for the repair that had been recommended.. so far no contact. Overall my experience with click mech was positive but the lack of follow up has been disappointing.

Ebo was very friendly, even with a painful back. He turned up within the two hours specified. I felt he could of given a run down of the completed job but this may be because of his back issue. Overall I would, and indeed am, using Ebo again because the work and parts is great.
