Dan was an alien,
when I read his rating, I was like is that possible, then he called me, we agreed on the time to pick up my car, after one hour, he called to inform me that he arrived safely with my car and that his health check he would be able to fis the car , as soon as the part arrived.
job was completed on time and his communication keeping me informed is the most important part of his customer services skills, which I like so much. I cannot but recommend that Dan as a super hero.

Can’t fault the service of this garage. Very good communication. whilst my car arrived back a day later than planned this was due to an additional fault being located.. due to the size of the job required I was really impressed. The car is driving really well thank you.

Collected at 10am Steering pump gone. Phoned at 12 noon. Replaced only to find a hose split too. Needed van that night for work the next day 600 miles away. Part sourced, collected fitted and I was on the road at 5.30pm
