Richard came to replace my EGR valve and perform an interim service today (24/03). He got in touch with me yesterday to advise he may arrive earlier than planned, and to check if that was ok which I really appreciated. Richard discovered some additional problems with the car while carrying out the work and was able to offer his expertise on my options going forward. I know a lot more about the condition of my car following Richard’s visit - I really feel he went above and beyond. Some people could have just done the work I’d booked and left it at that. I’m VERY grateful that Richard isn’t one of those people! Would highly recommend booking him for any work you need doing. THANK YOU!

Job was done in a timely and professional manner. They picked my car at the agreed time and returned it earlier than I expected. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Robert-Stelian arrived and promptly started working with his colleague to complete the job quickly and efficiently and even fixed an issue I had with my windscreen washer. Once the work has been completed, spoke to me about the work which was carried out and other things which may need attention in time and what to keep an eye out for.
