A week ago, I used H.S. Mechanic to replace the timing belt and water pump on my Citroën C4 Cactus. I booked their mobile mechanic service and was delighted with how smoothly everything went. Dan was late for the scheduled appointment due to bad weather. However, this was communicated very well and I was pleasantly surprised that he was still prepared to carry out the work late on a Friday evening. He was a great bloke who was very helpful in resolving the issues with my car. Perhaps the biggest praise I can give was that he was in a position where he could have charged me the full price for the work but he worked out that the issue could be resolved in a different way. This ended in me saving me over £100 and I would have been none the wiser if charged me the original price. I would definitely recommend and use Dan again. Many thanks.
