Steve spilt oil on my driveway, couldn't have cared less. He's left an oil leak on my van causing further damage to drive way. Broke a glass that I'd given him a drink in. He had no cleaning products to clean up oil spill and offered to come back 2 days later. Absolute clown

Steve was booked for 8am but text the night before to say he would come at 7 so as to miss the motorway traffic. He said he was happy to wait outside until 8 o'clock before starting. He was dead on time. He unloaded his tools and got stuck in. He was friendly, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for him. He worked hard and did a great job. Really nice chap.
