Steve was booked for 8am but text the night before to say he would come at 7 so as to miss the motorway traffic. He said he was happy to wait outside until 8 o'clock before starting. He was dead on time. He unloaded his tools and got stuck in. He was friendly, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for him. He worked hard and did a great job. Really nice chap.

Steve contacted me the day before just to introduce himself and confirm my booking with him. He turned up bang on time, was very polite and professional in the way he went about his work and kept me updated on what he was doing and let me know about any issues experienced or things to keep an eye on in the near future. I would definitely use Steve again and highly recommend him to anybody else.
