This person disappeared with my car for the full day. They contacted me to say they needed to do additional work or my car won’t pass the MOT - this ultimatum didn’t seem genuine. Late at night, I contacted the mechanic to ask where my car was and they said I would get my car back the following day. I managed to get my car back at 10-11 pm but with alot of perseverance . I won’t be booking a mechanic through click mechanic again.

Really good job, they turned up on time, were very helpful and did the job they were asked to do.
