I wouldn't consider what he did a major service, he didn't take car for a test drive before or after the service was completed, wheels did not come off for a proper examination of the breaking system. Since when has checking levels of fluids of the cooling and breaks system, I was expecting both to be drained and renewed. After the service I asked him how the transmission fluid was because the gear change feels a bit sticky, he said he hadn't checked it. He took it for a drive and agreed it was a bit sticky and proceeds to check the gear box oil level. I wouldn't advise anyone to have a major service with click mechanic if this is the standard, feels to me like a interim service wi

Prabath was friendly and cheerful. He replaced the sump on my Fiat 500 and bar the setback of a wrong part and having to source another which took a lot of time, he made sure to finish the job. The whole process was very efficient and communication from clickmechanic excellent.

Mechanic was friendly Arrived early Kept me up to date with what was going Unhappy however with what was done, as we now have ended up with a snapped bolt in our cylinder head. And the problem was not fixed and now going to cost a lot more. Feel its unfair us fronting the cost when we didnt snap the bolt.

David, communicated well and reduced the uncertainty in buying a second hand car, highlighting the three things with less than good rating. These are now being fixed by the dealer before I collect the car next week.
