I booked my car for brake pad replacement. The mechanic called me the day before to confirm the appointment. He arrived a little earlier as we had agreed that. He was courteous, professional and polite. He promptly set about replacing the brakes, completed the work quickly and efficiently. He tested the car to make sure that everything was ok, and then left once I was happy. He was respectful of property and tidied up once the work was completed. Excellent. Great job. Many thanks.
