Came out to look at a zafira with starting problems 4 mechanics could not figure out, came out to try a quick fix but needed to recover, all communicated effectively

I found the experience of collection etc very easy and will use this service again.

Communication was great, work was timely, and overall it was an easy experience. I'm happy with the brake disc and pad replacement they did

Unfortunately this was not a good experience, firstly the mechanic was late, he did however phone ahead to let us know. He had two other people with him but they couldn’t diagnose the problem, in fact mechanic asked if the battery was in the back when in fact it’s under the bonnet?
He also said he would come back today between 5 and 6 o’clock to check things further but it is now 6:40pm and he hasn’t returned.

He was excellent. Slight delay in collection but very good communication throughout the day. All work done well.
