Dan was great. He did the work thoroughly and made sure I knew what was going on (eg let me know when he'd be arriving). Spotted some issues that a previous Click mechanic had misdiagnosed.

Dan was due to turn up between 4 to 6 but didn’t arrive until 7:45, his van had broken down and he still made the effort to turn up which most people wouldn’t have done, he done his job perfectly and I was over the moon, I wouldn’t hesitate to get this lad back, thanks again for a great job Dan, very reliable and true to his word Thank again Dan

Awful. Here for 5 minutes, did a superficial look. Misdiagnosed the problem, leading to me having hundreds of pounds worth of unnecessary work done. Really difficult to complain about it without having to enter into dialogue with the mechanic directly.

Steve was great understood the problem and explained possibilities to me.

Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue, clearly explained it to me and advised on all the possible steps to get the issue resolved.

Paul turned up on time and he was very professional and thorough with his explanation. I will definitely recommend him and use him in the future.

Mark was very good. Had come across the problem before and was therefore able to fix the issue very quickly. Would recommend Mark to anyone if you need a mobile mechanic
