Great service from The Scrappers Ltd, had a slight issue with a tyre not being changed as requested and service book not being stamped -No problem at all - They came back out the next day and collected/dropped off my car again, no extra charge. Micheal was friendly and polite. Despite the poor weather(raining cats and dogs) he got down to it straight away. Diagnosed the problem and explained the next steps. Thankyou for a prompt efficient service. After being quoted £145 for just the diagnosis at the dealer and then told no appts till Jan, I was relieved to get someone the very next day and £50 cheaper as I rely heavily on my car.
