Great service. Ryan contacted me day before to confirm booking and check that if it was ok to pick the car up earlier. Job was done by the afternoon and he informed me when he was leaving the garage. Serviced and MOT done, no recommendations for further jobs given. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The driver who collected the car in the morning was friendly, communication via text was OK, they told me I needed to replace the rear shock absorbers as one was leaking, which would mean an MOT fail, a reasonable price was quoted, otherwise they didn't mention anything else that needed doing and the car was safely returned in the afternoon, the only issue I had was getting unexpected DART charges as nobody had told me they would be using the tunnel / bridge, but they immediately said they would refund me after I told them

Although they resolved several issues with my car, the car still wouldn't start because they informed me that a sensor (NOx) needs to be removed and they couldn't do that here; the car needs to be lifted to complete the job. But overall, everything went well.

I decided to try Clickmechanic for my MOT and service because the mechanic I've used for years has retired. I've used Clickmechanic before and I was pleased with the work carried out at the time and the mechanic that came to my house. This garage was frantically ringing me up on Sunday evening when I was out. They wanted to change my day saying there MOT person was ill. I found it strange that there would only be one person at the garage doing MOT's but I agreed to change the day. I appreciate that my car is old but I do very low mileage and look after my car. My car failed it's MOT and I've never had a bill as big as this. I cannot get my head around how much my car has supposedly deteriorated in the last year! I had no option to agree to the work because my MOT expired while the car was with this garage, otherwise I would have got a second opinion. The car was returned today and both front seats are filthy!
