Dishonest. Drove my car on 2 return journeys through Dartford tunnel without telling me. I only realised at the first penalty notice. Initial he said he would sort. Then he ignored all messages. Raised to click mechanic. He lied to them saying he did tell me, but zero evidence. I have screenshots of all communications. Makes me wonder if I did need the £700 of repairs he said and if he did the proper checks on the full service. I needed to top up the ad blue on the first drive after but he said that wasn’t included in the full service. Unfortunately all trust gone.
In terms of recommending click mechanic, they have been responsive so far and I hope they will see he is lying. Other experiences have been good, but this mechanic is very untrustworthy. Read more

Service and MOT carried out and faults found carried out at a very reasonable price.
Very happy with the work and carried out in a day.

Team member turned up on time to pick up vehicle and all repairs were done.

The communication is not very clear, car collection is 2 hours late. Dar charge was imposed, the mechanic promised to refund me for that, but it never happened. The mechanic seems to know well about the work, I am happy with the MOT and service work. However, I had to pay another GBP320 for the alleged problem spoted, I received a quote of 3 hours of labor plus VAT. My car was away for about 4 hours, the car collection and return was 1 hour, the website said the MOT and service usually takes 2.9 hours. By this calculation, the actual work hour is about 1.5 hours at most, i.e. I was charged double the time, in fact, I was charged mechanic labour time for the car collection and sending back. Even worse, 20% of VAT was added on top of that, I never received a tax invoice, the mechanic promised to issue one, but it never happened. I didn't pay much for the MOT and service, I am happy to pay a bit more for the long distance car collection, but not in this way, it is not honest. Read more

Stephen was friendly and knowledgeable as well as the driver hazim that collect my car, both provide a great service.

I used Stephen from ClickMechanic for a car service and MOT. The work on my car was completed satisfactorily, and I have no complaints about the service itself.
However, during the appointment, Stephen drove my vehicle through the Dartford Crossing, which resulted in a £7 crossing charge that I had to pay the following day. I informed him about the charge, and he acknowledged it and asked for my bank account details so he could reimburse me.
Unfortunately, after providing my details, I received no payment and no further response. Multiple attempts to contact him have been ignored.
While the mechanical work was completed, I am disappointed by the lack of follow-through and communication regarding a charge that was incurred while my vehicle was in his care. I would have expected the matter to be resolved promptly and professionally. Read more

The driver who collected the car in the morning was friendly, communication via text was OK, they told me I needed to replace the rear shock absorbers as one was leaking, which would mean an MOT fail, a reasonable price was quoted, otherwise they didn't mention anything else that needed doing and the car was safely returned in the afternoon, the only issue I had was getting unexpected DART charges as nobody had told me they would be using the tunnel / bridge, but they immediately said they would refund me after I told them
