The work seems fair & reasonable.
You never meet Stephen just his driver who picks up the car.
The pick up window was 10-12am but the driver arrived at 11.59am just one minute before the end of the window. The driver suggested the return would be 3.30-4pm but in fact it was 7pm. So Punctuality was not great.
There is no verbal comms from the garage and if you want to know what is going on with delivery times, you have to call them. I did get a SMS for a work request. So Communication was not great.

The whole experience was excellent; from the communication regarding collection of vehicle, to MOT , repairs and the return of car. Would recommend this service to others. Cheers!

The service was carried out ok and the car was collected and returned on time.

All good - car was picked up and returned in the timeframe advised, would be happy to use again.

Stephen was polite and friendly. Apologised for delay, but did try to warn me. The MoT was conducted quicky and expertly to pass. So a good job. Thank You. You booking system was clear and easy to use, unlike some that I have encountered and given up, on.
