Didn’t meet Stephen as a member of his team picked and returned the car but had satisfactory communications with him and carried out the required work and a report for the work carried out

The work seems fair & reasonable.
You never meet Stephen just his driver who picks up the car.
The pick up window was 10-12am but the driver arrived at 11.59am just one minute before the end of the window. The driver suggested the return would be 3.30-4pm but in fact it was 7pm. So Punctuality was not great.
There is no verbal comms from the garage and if you want to know what is going on with delivery times, you have to call them. I did get a SMS for a work request. So Communication was not great.

The whole experience was excellent; from the communication regarding collection of vehicle, to MOT , repairs and the return of car. Would recommend this service to others. Cheers!
