We sincerely apologise for the delay in returning your vehicle. Unfortunately, after collecting it we discovered the front brake discs we had ordered from our supplier were incorrect. We then had to source the correct parts, but due to supplier availability they weren’t delivered until late that afternoon. Once the correct parts arrived, we completed the repair and returned your vehicle as soon as possible.
We completely understand your frustration with the longer turnaround and appreciate your patience.

Everything went to plan and happy with the service and MOT. My only concern is that one tyre needed replacing and I was charged £100 for it. When the car returned, the replacement tyre turned out to be a budget one which normally sells for around £62 a pair. I was expecting a much better tyre. The tyre is not worth the money paid for it.

Regarding the tyre, we completely understand your comments. The £100 charge wasn’t simply for the tyre itself. As the booking was made through ClickMechanic, the price also had to cover their commission, VAT, fitting, balancing, disposal of the old tyre and associated costs. The tyre itself cost us approximately £75 at trade once all of these costs were factored in, which is why it had to be invoiced at £100.
We’re sorry if the brand of tyre wasn’t what you expected. We always fit safe, roadworthy tyres that are suitable for the vehicle, and we appreciate your feedback.
We value all customer comments and will certainly bear this in mind when discussing tyre options on future jobs.

KN Customs through ClickMechanic and would definitely use them again.
The quote was very competitive and the collection and delivery service made the whole process hassle-free. KN Customs replaced the rear discs and pads on my car and the work was completed without any issues.
Alicia was excellent throughout, keeping me updated and responding promptly to any questions.
The car was returned a little later than originally expected, but this was communicated clearly and in good time, so it wasn't a problem at all.
It's refreshing to deal with a garage that offers fair pricing, good communication and does exactly what they say they will.
