I was so nervous about trying this but wow I had no need to be! Communication was great! I was contacted the day before to confirm collection time and also on the day with an update that the works had been done. Everyone I spoke to was so lovely and friendly, this is a mechanic I’d definitely recommend and would happily return to!

They were great. Thanks a lot for your service. They took car on time and explain me whatever they figured out. They return the car a bit late but it was not an issue for me.

On picking my car up i told him any work that needed doing to phone me for authorisation. I was told about 1 item that was mot failure but nothing said about another which i was notified on the mot pass paperwork saying it needed doing.
I am not pleased about this.

Although didnt see mechanic work qas done efficently. Car picked up on time coukdnt fault

Didn’t meet the mechanic personally but the driver who came to collect and return the car was very friendly!

Can't comment on the work carried out because it was only an oil service plus MOT but the car was picked up and dropped off fine both times promptly by nice people
