Service schedule was not Reset ? May be it doesn’t get reset on an interim service ? That’s were Communication is good to have Car was collected late,, I am a real stickler for people being late No Communication what so ever to let me no they were running late or any updates to say everything was fine with the car.

Took my car away to workshop so hope all jobs were done. Said if I want parts he would drop them off

Requested for my car to be picked up and returned but was contacted by the garage to say one of their mechanics hadn't turned up and asked if I could drive to the c Garage to complete the work required which I did to have the work completed

Found Liam to be very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Although he arrived later than original booking, comms were excellent and cause of delay was down to parts not being on delivery van. Liam took it upon himself to drive to the supplier and pick the part up before onward travel to me. Arrived slightly earlier than revised ETA. Would recommend.

John was great. Very knowledgable kept me up to date with what he was doing and what was wrong. Got straight down to the job. Overall very pleased with his work 👍

I couldn’t deal with my mechanic directly but I did deal with the reception staff on the phone. I had to get another family member to pass and reclaim the key due to my shift working. The work, new brake parts, I’m getting used to the ‘new’ feel. All good so far 😊

Knowledgeable and friendly. Did test drive at the end and advised on any further work that needed doing (luckily none was needed).

Andy was fantastic, collected car when stated, repair works completed whilst communicating well with me, additional FRM module failure due to poor battery, sourced battery and also someone to repair the module. Cannot rate this guy highly enough for all your Clutch and Gearbox needs. Job was done on a Sunday, where else do you get that kind of service. Thank you Andy.
