I had an excellent experience with my mechanic today who replaced my brake pads.

Calum did a pre-purchase inspection of a car on the dealer’s forecourt. We communicated beforehand, he contacted me as soon as the work was complete and finally he called me with his verbal report.

I was delighted with his approach.

Callum was great and am very happy with his work. The mirror was not easy to fit but he managed it.

Knew what he was doing and arrived on time and called before. Perfection. Will try and book him again for future work via clickmechanic

Calum did the job perfectly. Initially the wrong part had been made available to him so he would need to come a second time with the right part. At that point I heard nothing until I contacted him. At which point he informed me he could come around immediately. That why I can only give 4 out of 5 for communication.

Originally thought it was the coolant tank at fault but it was found to be a loose pipe. All sorted, thanks to Calum.
