Perfect and professional service prompt and quick service very happy with work

Work carried out well good job clutch work great a few issues due to circumstances such as paid £55 for 8 to 10 pick up car not picked up till 2pm . Not done on Friday when I called so I said sat will do .not done on sat when I called at 1pm I accepted finished job on Monday got phone call at 4pm on Monday car done but could not get car back till 7 pm I suggested Tues morning will be fine called at 11.30 told still waiting for a driver so he drove car over himself and explained he had issues with drivers so I took him back myself we had a talk . Result was I was happy with work done but a bit down with time it took.

It didn’t start well with them being very late to pick my car up, but they did in the end communicate with me that they were behind car was picked up nearly two hours late.
They did keep me informed from then onwards.
My car was in for timing belt so I can’t really say whether this is ok I’m not a mechanic ,it was fixed in the time they said it would take.
I did get my car back same day at 7 in the evening.
Don’t pick a slot you can’t make ie 8-10 then turn up closer to 12 .
And communicate earlier so you’re not wondering what’s going on.
I meet a lovely man who picked up my car and dropped it back.

Work was fine. Mechanic turned up late to pick up the car (was supposed to be 8am-10am, he turned up after 11am) and didn't bring it back till after 5pm (having said it would be about 4pm). I would've appreciated a call to let me know they were going to be late

I got my aircon regassed prices are fairlyflat so I went for the easy option. They picked the car up and dropped it back off within a couple of hours. I didn't have to think about anything which was exactly what I needed! Thank-you.
The collection was late, a call to let me know that was the case would have been appreciated, but its not the end of the world.

Yes on time very polite and very accurate with the problems and how to resolve them

Clutch took abit longer than expected but communication was good and explained why. Found rear main seal was leaking and replaced that aswel. Also delivered my care back out of hours which I wasn't expecting. Very good mechanic which are hard to find these days

An extortionate amount of money was taken from me to have a look at my car (Over £500) no work was done. The service was extremely poor to be honest.

I was really happy with the service. They were flexible when I needed to amend the booking, punctual and reliable.

Fixed the problem and found another one and fixed I like the itemised invoices as well’s
