Basically happy with the work carried out, but my campervan came back in a disgusting state with greasy hand prints on the bonnet and windows,
Mud all over the wheels, tyres and all over the carpet in the cab.
There seemed to be no care taken with customers vehicles.

Andy was prompt to pick up car and I am happy the job carried out as well as the advisories.

- Punctuality: The mechanic was late and did not notify me in advance. I only learned about the delay when I called 10 minutes before the end of the promised 2-hour slot.
- Diagnostics: The results were uncertain. Even after taking the car to the garage, the mechanic could not provide additional clarity on the issue.
- Communication: The mechanic failed to call back twice as promised. I had to repeatedly call and chase for updates. Also, the mechanic promised to text the part number but never did.
- Quotes for Parts: The quotes provided by the mechanic were higher than those from the official dealer. Fortunately, I decided not to go with those quotes.
- Customer Service: Opening a case via ClickMechanics resulted in numerous excuses and justifications for not meeting their promises. Manager Abraham was not helpful with my complaint.

On a positive note, the mechanic, whose name I unfortunately do not know, was polite and patient with explanations during his visit. Read more
