An extortionate amount of money was taken from me to have a look at my car (Over £500) no work was done. The service was extremely poor to be honest.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience.
Your vehicle was booked in for a timing chain replacement. During the necessary strip down, our technicians identified that this repair would not resolve the issue and that a full engine rebuild was required. We discussed this with you and provided a quotation, which you chose not to proceed with.
As the vehicle had already been partially dismantled for diagnosis, additional labour was required to reassemble it so it could be safely returned. The charge applied reflects the time spent on diagnosis, strip-down, and reassembly.
We would never carry out a repair that we believe would not fix the problem, as our aim is always to ensure customers only pay for work that is genuinely necessary.

Good job on clutch replacement, but left two clothes on top of engine, and intercooler not been fixed back properly (no bolts been fixed back in the brackets, one of clips was damaged) , blowed off on the way from work
