- Punctuality: The mechanic was late and did not notify me in advance. I only learned about the delay when I called 10 minutes before the end of the promised 2-hour slot.
- Diagnostics: The results were uncertain. Even after taking the car to the garage, the mechanic could not provide additional clarity on the issue.
- Communication: The mechanic failed to call back twice as promised. I had to repeatedly call and chase for updates. Also, the mechanic promised to text the part number but never did.
- Quotes for Parts: The quotes provided by the mechanic were higher than those from the official dealer.
Fortunately, I decided not to go with those quotes.
- Customer Service: Opening a case via ClickMechanics resulted in numerous excuses and justifications for not meeting their promises. Manager Abraham was not helpful with my complaint.
On a positive note, the mechanic, whose name I unfortunately do not know, was polite and patient with explanations during his visit.
