The mechanic barely acknowledged me, which I found very rude, 3 mechanics turnt up and all three of them where extremely rude, no apology for being a day late, no conversation when talked to. Not happy with the way I was treated

Sorry can you please explain who didnt acknowledge you? Im awfully sorry that you felt that way though i myself would of happily conversed with should that have arisen but sadly didnt get that chance. The third person was not a part of my business or a mechanic never the less apologies for that i was unaware of what was or wasnt said. As far as i was aware yesterdays situation was explained and apologies given then along with changing to the following day. Im sorry to hear you felt this way and if there is anything i can do to help or change this please do let me know and i will do my best and as a personal apology i would like to offer you with an offer of 50% off any labour charge should you wish to give me a chance and i personally guarantee a total opposite feeling on your part.

Awful service, untrained daughter did work on my brakes. Brakes caught fire, no offer to help. I have had to pay for all discs to be replaced hours after paying for them to be installed. Then he just disappeared

A little overboard you forgot to mention that we worked until near midnight and without proper lighting in which, my daughter who has been training for several years more susceptible to make a mistake or simply oversee something, given that situation. I was unable to speak with you straight away due to signal issues and called you back as soon as able to.
