Ryan did an amazing job. And within the alloted time also. One thing I did notice is that the payment for the work left my account before the work was carried out, despite an email saying it wouldn't go until work was done.

Sam was really thoughrough. He went through all possible causes based on the symptoms I described. Unfortunately he was really busy today, so didnt have time to do the repair, but I only booked the diagnosis anyway. Highly recommended.

Dissatisfied with the Diagnostic service because the original issue with my Mini Cooper that led the rear brake lights to be constantly on was not identified and still not rectified. As a result I am no closer to getting my car's MOT renewed because it failed due to this problem. The solution identified by the Diagnostics process which was to change the brake light switch was incorrect because having forked out more cash and time to replacing this, the problem was still not sorted. I feel like I wasted the fees on getting the Diagnostics done because it led to having nothing to show for it. I am now seeking a refund of my fees.

The team were great throughout. Drove relatively far from my home address to collect the vehicle, and brought it back at a convenient time meaning I could crack on with the rest of my day. I received a few phone calls regarding my particular service that turned out to be a bit of a bigger job but the team assured me that they will resolve the issue promptly and in a lot more affordable way. I have nothing to fault and it was a 10/10 service all round. I definitely would use them again!
