The guy replaced clutch master cylinder all was fine for less than 1 and half month when I went with car to him he kept vehicle overnight and said that fault have nothing with common with clutch master cylinder replaced however same problem appears like before work has been done. Then without my permission he carried out work and charge me 180 £ without any receipt or proof. Avoid will report to trading standards agency .

Sardar and his team did an excellent job repairing, servicing and testing our Astra for its MOT. Having the car collected and delivered back to us makes the whole experience much easier, and takes less time out of busy weekdays. Would use them again!

Mechanic arrived at the later end of the wondow estimated which had been between 8am and 10am. He asked questions regarding had I had any issues or concerns but in a way that made me uneasy as if he was planning on finding work to be added. Sure enough I got a call saying that he had heard horrible sounds when driving down the motorway. This was something I had never heard and I doubt very much he had. He said that the discs and brake pads needed renewing and if not carried out the car would not pass the MOT. Ye sthe discs had corrosion on them aas do the calipers but the brakes and their use had neot been affected did not make any noises and had not been even mentioned by the garage that did some wokr only a few months ago. This suggestion fo the discs needing replacing of they are not shiney is as much a con as is the shols needing replacing. The discs were good and new pads would bed in quickly adopting to any grooves that might have been present. I will not be using hte mechanic again. He seems a nice enough bloke but I didn't trust him from the off and my instincts are seldom wrong as seems to be born out by what ensued. I may start doing my own work agian at 70 years old. Since my fitness is returning somewhat after prolonged illness it would be a better mnove than trusting the mechanics that I've had the last two poccasions. Brilliant service, turned up early and took away, friendly guy who asked if anything else needed looking at as well. Picked up drove off sensibly, and dropped off in same condition so happy.

(AVOID - AVOID - AWFUL) Needed vehicle fixed for work which the mechanic knew, instead I ended wasting the whole day, money for them to inspect the vehicle and then money on a Taxi to get to work because they left my car unfixed. They took the initial amount for the inspection (luckily not very much) then became pushy for cash to cover parts and labour (larger amount of money) I refused and gave them a chance by offering to pay by card, I submitted the amount via the website and again the mechanic then became pushy about now being charged commission and how I would need to pay the commission on top of the costs of the parts and labour. Cheeky boogers, I got my car back and will pay extra for a proper company to carry out the work, language barrier also. Read more
