I chose ClickMechanic based on a friend’s recommendation. Stefan accepted the booking, but I was disappointed with the diagnostic, which did not address the issues raised at booking.

After escalating the matter, ClickMechanic agreed the service had not been delivered as expected and advised a full refund, which Stefan later provided. I would not choose to book Stefan again or recommend him. The only positive was ClickMechanic’s handling of the complaint.

Stefan was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issues and solutions to it. He tried many different ways to fix it but unfortunately couldn’t because of the faulty sensor he also suggested which one to buy and how to fix very helpful. Would recommend him
