The work carried out was quite basic, for a full service I would have expected it to be somewhat more thorough. According to the worksheet the only work carried out was a change of oil and filters. Also I was asked to pay for fuel in cash which was quite unnerving and not agreed upon. All in all I will think about using your service again.

I'm not entirely sure if the fuel filter was changed because after I drove for a few hours, the warning light appeared again indicating water in the filter. I believe he only drained the filter because when I checked under the car, it still had the original Ford filter. I highly doubt the fuel filter was ever changed in a million years, and he even gave me back an old fuel filter. I'm not sure where that filter came from.

Could not fault the service - arrived in the time window in the morning, great communication, when there was something that needed doing to pass the mot, managed to source a part on the weekend and get it completed, and then delivered home with all paperwork. Great communication throughout, would recommend!
