Excellent, replaced all disks and pads in good time. Very friendly guy and highlighted the main issue was with the rear caliper, which I'll use Daniel to replace. Highly recommend.

Akeil was very helpful on rainy miserable day. A pleasure to do business with and the plug in diagnostic booked with him bought up the fault and has given me a direction and answers as to what is wrong with my van... Abbey was 3 hours late to change the Auxiliary belt on my car. He only came because I called him to remind him. He didn't complete the job properly and now I have to take my car to a different garage to diagnose the issues he caused. He also didn't bring the tools for the job initially, even though I said the car couldn't be moved at all. He argued and was rude when he had to go back to get his tools to complete the job.

Unfortunately I was not in when phill came to repair my mums car ,but from I was told phill was brilliant. We will certainly use him again.

Arrived late to our first appointment but did call when time slot had passed to let me know they were going to be. Told them i’d had it diagnosed as a faulty actuator issue by AA. They checked car over and said actuator is working fine and it was infact an abs sensor causing my car to breakdown. Came back next day to fit a new one and for a decent price. Same day car broke down with exact same issue. Both came back following day and basically brushed it off as not really knowing what to do and left me with that. Problem wasn’t fixed and i paid 160 for an abs sensor i didn’t particularly need as it wasn’t causing the issue i needed resolving in the first place. Did ask for a refund on the diagnostics since it was misdiagnosed and they were happy to do that. Have now had it checked by another garage who have again stated it’s a faulty actuator problem despite Darren telling me the actuator has been checked and is running fine. Not bad people but can’t give a good review when i needed my car fixing and they couldn’t do that

His personal skills were very good. Most mechanics aren't usually great at communication. He was friendly and approachable and it was easy to interact with him and his open friendly style made it easy to ask any questions I had. He was informative and on the phone he explained everything about what the car needed. It was very clear in my mind What he'd done and had to do. The car is running OK. I found him miles better than a conventional garage. I wish I'd used this service earlier. I'll be honest: I've changed garages a few times because I wasn't happy with some aspect of their service. I wanted to just stick with one person for ease of my time. The whole experience was like a breath of fresh air partly because a lot of garages aren't good at customer service. I would definitely use Jason again for my car repairs.
