Richard was the knowledgable mechanic on my car, but l didn’t meet him before or after the work which he did. On completion, there was a very minor problem which was put right as soon as l informed the service department. I’m very pleased with the efficiency and speed with which the whole important air conditioning repair was done. Thank you.

He had to return for a second visit because the issue wasn’t just what I had initially thought it was, he came back and where he got the part from gave him the wrong pump so he then had to come back a third time with the right part. David was great. He picked up my car on time, carried out an MOT which passed with flying colours and returned the car to me the same day. I did, however get in a bit of a panic as it got to 4pm and I hadn't heard anything so I tried calling the number that click mechanics gave me and it was an 'unrecognised number'. I then couldn't find the company on google at all. I eventually managed to track them down after calling several other companies with a similar name but Click Mechanics really needs to update the contact number for Gforce Tyers, it would have avoided a lot of worry my end.

Ryan was great, all good with the works done. Had everything he needed on hand, job done no issues and speedy works!
