The mechanic was very informative and professional (as well as friendly and courteous). Having the report helped immensely with the buying process: - 4 new tyres were fitted by the seller - negotiated a 17% reduction in purchase price - we are aware of the repairs needed and est costs to complete - we have been able to report what is specifically required for repair to our local mechanic (who we have used for the past decade). Interestingly, the seller was able to continue negotiations openly as all obvious faults on the care were brought up in your report. We believe we paid a very fair price for the car (as it also had a tow bar which was really important to us even though the seller was unaware of our need for it). Thank you for your good service!
