Andrew came to my house on time. He listened to what I had been told by Jaguar to do to make the car start, without complaining that he knew better (Jaguar V6 cars are notoriously difficult to work on) and in less than 10 minutes (no I'm not joking) had the car running and back on the road. All in all Andrew is proper mustard as we say in South London. My Yorkshire partner says the equivalent is "He'll do!"
