Cristian was really helpfull. Picked the car, done the job and returned in 3 hrs - really quick, giving me some advise about how to drive for first period / first 50 miles to leave the brakes to set up themselves. Also he provided pictures along the repair work.

Really nice guy, was given a 9am to 11am slot, mechanic called me at 9.10, introduced himself as Fabian and advised he aimed to be with me within 40 minutes, arrived 30 minutes later. Left his car outside my house, took my to his garage, 3 hours later called me to say all work complete will deliver car back in 20 minutes if that was OK. I have BMW 440i M Sport, brake pads changes and brake fluid replaced to main dealer standards and engine management re-set at a fraction of the price, car collected and returned within 3 hours after me only booking it online 36 hours earlier.

Hifzur checked my car very thoroughly and narrowed the issue down to the battery and starter motor problem. He also helped me start my car so it was ready to be used for the time being till a more permanent fix can be carried out. He explained everything very well so I could understand exactly what the issue was. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Peter was friendly, knowledgable and kept me informed at all times. The work that was carried out was done to a high standard and efficiently.

Mechanic was punctual, friendly and great at explaining what he was doing in great detail. They seemed to be confident at diagnosing the fault and offered a price and date to fix the car In which I accepted. Unfortunately, this was where communication broke down. They stopped communicating and I was ghosted which left me baffled, I am no further forward due to this and was a complete waste of time and money. I now need to pay for diagnostic once again, for that reason unfortunately I cannot leave a good review. I am sure they are very competent based on their previous reviews and my experience may just be one off.
