Geapana Garage were great! They came to collect my car, and it was delivered back to my house as good as new a few days later. They were open from the beginning about how long the work would take, and they stuck to that. (Very important!) Both the guys I talked to were extremely friendly and professional as well. such a lovely guy and trustworthy mechanic. i have seen 4 mechanics about this issue with my car and he was the first one to test properly and find the issue. when the work took a little longer than expected he provided me with a courtesy car. all around nice guy and will use again in the future 🙏

Picked up and dropped off car with an MOT in between. It’s an old car much loved and I’m sure they could have identified “problems” but they were honest and good value with just a few repairs. Would recommend good local business

Initially I was sceptical about using click mechanic... then after using click mechanic my suspicions were confirmed...the garage that accepted my request to replace my brake pads were at best amateurish, then still haven't explained why my brake pads light on the dashboard is still a light, even after replacing the pad sensors, apparently... still awaiting a response....then to top it all they informed myself that I needed a new front shock absorber as it was leaking...informed my warranty company who declined the repair...then took the car to an RAC approved warranty garage to assess the same repair and they found nothing wrong. ..so could have paid out £730 for no reason...draw your own conclusions...now I have to pay more money for a repair to the braking system.... will I recommend? Was very happy with the service and mechanic today , I did feel sorry for him as he started work on my car dry but the heavens opened but he continued to work and got the job done to a high standard . He was very polite and punctual. Highly recommend.

Very good . Not as good as last year . I had to Walt bit t9 long to get my car back .bit earlier would be better. I can't complain my car passed . Its good service you run .

I used Click Mechanic for the first time because I had an urgent issue which needed rectifying quickly and reduced the need for me to do a lot of ringing around to try and get the work booked.

The booking process was reasonably ok but took a couple of attempts to go through.

Despite a late arrival 15mins past the booked 2hr priority slot, (which had cost an additional £15), the work was carried out efficiently, competently and to a high standard.

There was an initial lack of communication from the garage to me about the delay and no response to the query I had made through the Click Mechanic message board. However, I'm not sure if the full information had been passed on to the mechanic himself.

He certainly made up for it by getting straight down to the work as soon as he arrived and made it look easy. It's always reassuring to watch a specialist in action. He communicated well whilst working on the car. He was knowledgeable, easy to chat to and was happy to discuss any queries I had.

In future, I will make sure I contact the mechanic directly by phone rather than using the Click Mechanic message board.

All good friendly delivery, wrong part , rear brake shoes, originally sent I was told so had to wait until following day , communication could be better, but all in all good service and happy 👍
