Very good . Not as good as last year . I had to Walt bit t9 long to get my car back .bit earlier would be better. I can't complain my car passed . Its good service you run .

I used Click Mechanic for the first time because I had an urgent issue which needed rectifying quickly and reduced the need for me to do a lot of ringing around to try and get the work booked.

The booking process was reasonably ok but took a couple of attempts to go through.

Despite a late arrival 15mins past the booked 2hr priority slot, (which had cost an additional £15), the work was carried out efficiently, competently and to a high standard.

There was an initial lack of communication from the garage to me about the delay and no response to the query I had made through the Click Mechanic message board. However, I'm not sure if the full information had been passed on to the mechanic himself.

He certainly made up for it by getting straight down to the work as soon as he arrived and made it look easy. It's always reassuring to watch a specialist in action. He communicated well whilst working on the car. He was knowledgeable, easy to chat to and was happy to discuss any queries I had.

In future, I will make sure I contact the mechanic directly by phone rather than using the Click Mechanic message board.

All good friendly delivery, wrong part , rear brake shoes, originally sent I was told so had to wait until following day , communication could be better, but all in all good service and happy 👍

Yes Iam very happy, they were on time, collected the car and in three hours time car was on my driveway.

Great guys, picked up in the morning and dropped off later that evening. They even fixed my low tyre pressure for free. Will be using them every year. Cheers!

Work was completed although I don’t believe there is a new alternator on the car, even though I paid for a new one. It isn’t new so probably a different fault like a connector

Mechanic was friendly picking up my car, despite it being picked up and hour earlier than I had told the team I was free. I’m grateful the essential work has been carried out, my car was meant to be back yesterday but it got delivered back this morning which is no worries at all. My housemates thought it was funny how they took my car to do their shopping, overall a very stress free service.
