Booked a slot between 6pm and 8pm, arrived 9.12pm , although I was kept updated throughout, I found it frustrating and stressful as I had to be in work that evening as I work nights, in future I will make sure I am not working on a night that I book an appointment slot. Mechanic and his partner were friendly and did apologise to me.
