Perfect job, was a bit worried using new mechanic but they were great. Arranging the date and time was a breeze, Collect car when they said and kept me updated when they were coming to collect and drop off. Let me look around the car and ask questions when dropping it off, didn’t feel like they just wanted to go. All in all excellent experience. Pleased I gave it a go and the mechanic I got was spot on thank you.

Brilliant 1st time experience with click mechanic. Very happy with the mechanic (Dan) very chatty and explained everything and was very honest compared to some mechanics iv come across in the the past. He knew what he was doing and was very knowledgeable in all things cars. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

He was on time and the dealship said he was good to deal with. Unfortunately now I have the car and I compare it to the report, there are several discrepencies. The major one being "No coolant leaks", yet there is a significant coolant leak that the dealer is going to have to rectify. Other points listed as "like new condition" when they aren't: Interior door trim panels - Lots of minor chips Seat upholstery - Two front seats have lots of wear in the leather. Headlining - Dirty in multiple places Paint work - I wasn't expecting new for the milage but it's reported as like new condition when it is chipped all over the front end and has several scratches. All of this means I can't trust the other more critical parts of the inspection where it has been listed as "Like new condition".

He called me to describe the parts of the car not up to scratch. I was pleased that I had booked a test. It saved me from buying a dud.
