In 50 years of motoring I have never come across a garage which gives such good service! I booked a diagnostic through Clickmechanic. My car was collected on time and I was asked a number of very relevant questions regarding the issue. I then received a phone call explaining the nature of the problem and outlining a number of alternatives to resolve it. There was no pressure to take any particular option and once we had agreed the way forward I was given a price and a timescale for the return of the car both of which were adhered to. I cannot praise these guys enough!

Honestly, probably the best exchange with a mechanic in the 15 years I've owned cars. I genuinely felt like he had time to listen and appreciate my needs as a customer. He was patient and despite a set back on my part, he helped over and above what he needed to. Would 100% recommend and will be using him again for all my car repair needs.
