The whole idea of me using click machanic is that I cane see the service being done on my car . In this case the car was taken away and I had to trust that the work was done ! It ended up me paying according to the invoice £550 for Labour and £110 for parts . Outrageous Labour cost ! .
I have used click for the last 3 services and recommended them ! No more . I feel conned .

Faizen was very helpful and lovely. He came picked up my car and dropped it back in a timely manner.

Very nice man, made sure everything happened with a friendly no fuss attitude. Would definitely recommend his garage.

Faizan was late, did call to say he would be, car was due to be picked up between 8-10, said he would be hour late, but didn't turn up until 11.30. Friendly. I needed the car back that day and due to the heating not working júst needed some help. The check was of course extra...but all just didn't feel right. Faizan called @ 5, saying they are just running that diagnostic. Had to chase again for an update. It would be another hour...chase with another call...well didn't turn up until 9.30 at night . As a positive, Faizan seemed frustrated that he didn't sort the heating out, but sceptical whether they/ he even tested that hard.

Faizan always does a good job, this time this time is no different, Thank you Faizan .
