The work seems fine and it is really good to have the car picked up and delivered back when complete. It did take four working days though to complete the work which would have been a problem if I didn’t have a second car.

Generally happy. The only problem, as I pointed out to Faizan, is that I can’t open the oil cap as it on so hard. I checked today and still can’t open the oil cap should I need to top up the oil. Perhaps this can be remedied on 9/10/23 when he services my other car, which incidentally has the same problem.

Turned up nearly 3 hours late and only turned up at all because I phoned him when he hadn't arrived in the time slot he'd notified.
Drove my car a total of 125 miles when his premises is 30 miles away.
Performed a 'full service' that could not tell me where an oil leak was coming from.
'Full service' appeared to consist of just changing the oil and filter.
When returning the car (also late) phoned me to say he was 15 minutes away, then turned up an hour later having apparently taken a 60 mile detour.
ClickMechanic told me they would make a decision to resolve my complaint, then refused to make a decision.

Mechanic eventually offered £10 refund - 4% of what I'd paid and not even close to the cost of the petrol used by the 60 mile detour taken.
ClickMechanic then stopped responding to communications on the issue.
