William was great - he replaced all the parts that I requested quickly and efficiently. In terms of communication he was very good, was always quick to respond and was answering any questions I had from him from a couple days before as soon as the booking was made. Was very friendly as well, and offered some good advice and help on future potential problems to address with the car.

Will was great, due to a faulty part on the initial repair (no fault of his own) he had to re-attend but did so happily.

William was great - he slotted me in a day earlier and fixed the misfire (replaced the coil ignition and spark plugs) very quickly. He ran the diagnostics and did a test drive to make sure it was all working fine. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would not hesitate to use William again. Thank you!
