William was great did the job explain everything etc. told me why I had noise from my brakes.

William did a good job and the car seems to be working fine. I know this repair was a bit tricky and took a bit longer than it usually would have.
As a general suggestion I think it'd be good if mechanics working for Clickmechanic texted the car owner with an update if it's going to take substantially longer than expected.
I'd recommend William and Clickmechanic, generally. It's been a better experience than most garages I've used.
