William was great turned up on time and did a freat job very happy how much do younwant me to write lol

Will was great, due to a faulty part on the initial repair (no fault of his own) he had to re-attend but did so happily.

William was great - he slotted me in a day earlier and fixed the misfire (replaced the coil ignition and spark plugs) very quickly. He ran the diagnostics and did a test drive to make sure it was all working fine. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would not hesitate to use William again. Thank you!

William called to say he was on his way, arrived punctually and carried out brake change very efficiently on the drive. Would recommend and will use again.

My mechanic was great, I had a flat battery .
he came repair it and was professional, on time and very kind .
I am very pleased.

Mechanic was booked between 8-10. No show and no message despite texts and calls. Messaged through the resolution centre and got a reply at 10.10 saying on his way got held up at supplier. Communication was extremely poor and punctuality could be improved.

However having said that when Will arrived he was polite and got on with the job no issues at all. I'm not an expert but the work appears to have been carried out to a high standard. So overall I'm happy.

The guy who picked up the car and the mechanic who returned it were very polite and got the job done within the day and at a very good price.
