Pick up and drop off was excellent. Lights showing on dashboard that were not there before, how do I go about getting this checked? Not sure if I would use again

Ben was a very friendly, helpful and informative mechanic. He attended the car for the initially diagnostics test in a timely and prompt manner. The car required extra diagnostics test back at the garage, for which Ben returned quickly to collect the car and provided the quote for the work. Unfortunately for us the cost of the fix, which was very reasonable for the work, didn’t make sense as we are replacing the car in a few months. Ben provided communication when required and photos of car throughout the process. He also didnt charge any extra for the additional tests, or the collection and return of the car, which i felt was incredibly reasonable. I would definitely recommend Ben.

Car broke down on a Saturday with few places open. Was able to book a mechanic with no fuss and no stress. Robert was amazing. Within minutes of arrival he had diagnosed the problem, proved the diagnosis and given me a price for a part. Can't recommend highly enough. 5* service.

Friendly and fast service, though there was a bit of confusion about whether he was coming to me or I had to bring the car to his garage. I think this was caused by the click mechanic site rather than the mechanic though.

Really awesome - kept me totally updated on arrival times, was totally honest and fair priced with the work to get the car through the MOT, did a brilliant job and got it all done inside 3 hours! Also as a woman hiring a mechanic he didn't try to make me feel small or stupid - in fact he asked me about how she runs/any ongoing issues/etc which was both refreshing and a relief!

I was surprised to have a cambelt fitted remotely and needed to alter the location as my drive wasn't suitable. Jamie was extremely accommodating, and we agreed on the change of location. Communication was excellent, and on the day he arrived early, he completed the job quickly and provided photos of the job. I am very happy with the results, thanks!

Did a good job changing the timing belt for my Citroen C4. Were very knowledgeable and also cleaned the filter of old belt residue for a proper job done. Would definitely recommend.
