Bogdan-Florin phones me to let me know he was onto he way. I over estimated the seriousness of the job and I am now able to replace my battery myself rather than the more expensive alternator. It was very convenient to have a mechanic arrive at my house as my car was without power to drive to a garage.

The mechanic was frendly, Knowledgable and arrived within the appointed time carried a Diagnostic, verbally explaned what the problem to some one (me) who knows very little about the subject. Confirmed that a quote for the requirted repairs would be sent the next day. 4 Days later no quote has been recived and no other communication has been sent detailing the faults so the repairs can be sourced from another mechanic. In order to get my car fixed it looks like I will have to pay for another Diagnostic what a wast of money and time
