I didn't actually meet my mechanic. I was in the back garden when he arrived. He knocked which I did not hear, I have a door bell which is kept in the kitchen so that I can hear visitors. I noticed that I had missed a call from your engineer. I rang him back he said he couldn't come back as he was going to a wedding even though it was within the timescale of 10-12. He told me that he had checked my car and decided that the motor on my windscreen wipers was at fault. How can you know that without fully inspecting the car. I am not pleased with this service. No call back was rearranged. On taking my car to the garage today they informed me that the motor on windscreen wipers was perfectly ok. What exactly have I paid for???

Katz was very good with communication although punctually is the best a good job was done and minor issues sorted and explained everything, gave advice on tyres were near minimum limit

Kazem, was awesome, he spotted some respraying we hadn’t noted investigated further and looks like the car had been involved in an accident and whilst a good repair, he spotted that all the fixtures suspension etc under the front were excellent condition when the rest of the car was just good, showing they had all been recently replaced, has certainly saved us from a lemon Thank you so much mate worth every penny Highly recommend Kazem really thorough and spotted everything
